3-month contract – Content Design and strategy

The Social Care Institute for Excellence (SCIE) is a social enterprise organisation dedicated to promoting and embedding high quality care and professional best practice in the social care sector.

A team affiliated to SCIE is building a mobile app for frontline workers to support them in their daily work, offering tips, ideas and short learning bites that people can access at any time.

I was the content lead, working with the project management team to develop content for the prototype. The work also entailed:

• Participation in audience research, designing feedback mechanisms and interviewing users.
• Engagement with expert reviewers and SMEs in the wider organisation on key topics
• Research and writing digital learning content for the app
• Developing a user requirements specification
• Developing a content strategy and styleguide
