A 20-minute interactive explainer for MyRefinitiv, the new customer self-service portal, aimed at sales and marketing frontline staff. The explainer forms part of an internal awareness campaign aimed at promoting more customer-led support.
I created a set of interactive HTML5 modules, each around 4 minutes long, that cover the key aspects of MyRefinitiv, ending with an online knowledge test.
Again, this was produced entirely inhouse, using stock pics and Refinitiv icons, in Captivate.
