In the period from July 2021 to October 2023 I worked for Baringa Partners, where I:
Designed, pilot-tested and managed a series of 3-day leadership programmes for senior leaders. This involved gathering requirements from the leadership team, testing the content with subject matter experts, facilitators and focus groups, and running a large-scale pilot programme.
Led collaboration with facilitators and subject matter experts on the end to end design and development of a rolling blended commercial management programme for managers.
Used 5Di and 5 Moments of Need frameworks to design and develop blended learning solutions to improve commercial and project management skills across the business. I also designed a digital project that trained partner-level staff in managing the firm’s internal QA process.
Led a successful global year-long pilot programme to test the viability of third-party learning solutions and content libraries. This led to the adoption of LinkedIn Learning across the enterprise.
Designed and led user requirements testing process for a new learning platform. I was the team lead for migrating digital content, designing the learning content strategy and leading on the pilot programme for a cross-functional team of volunteer testers.
