I’m a creative problem solver. I like getting to the root of issues using powerful stories and scenarios that get learners thinking about how they can use their skills to solve problems.

My approach to learning design is to define the business problem that needs to be solved and work with stakeholders to create learning that delivers the support people need to solve that problem and perform excellently.
