This portfolio entry is focused on your existing use of OEP and the impact, if any, of studying the course materials on this topic. Again, it is intended as a prompt for writing a professional/personal development narrative that can be used for:
- tracking any changes in your attitudes, understanding or practice
- identifying aspects of your practice that could be the focus of future development or evaluation
- a means of identifying priority skills development areas
- a source of evidence that could be used to support a case for professional recognition
- a source of evidence of your skills as a reflective practitioner
- a place to store resources related to the portfolio tasks
- evidence to include in TMA 03.
Didn’t do this one. Why not? Well, I spent ages trying to work out how OEP would fit into my current practice and content, and failed.
We’re a consultancy. We do a lot of confidential work. While we can use OER for generalist subjects (e.g. TED talks on storytelling, Agile resources etc), we can’t actually adapt content to suit our purposes and recirculate that content because of who we are and what we do, so the exercise was a bit…inappropriate. I’m probably wrong, but hey ho
