I think I’m pretty close to the balance I want to achieve in my practice. I’m using this course to inform my practice on finding out more about what our learners want – conducting inquiries and creating learner personae. I’m learning the new system so the focus on technology is a little higher than I want it to be right now. but that should reduce as I become more familiar with the learning system.
Barriers centre around balancing BAU work with the transformation task – we have a lot of projects and we’re trying to implement best practice on new projects while tidying up what went before.
